Kardeşler Uçanyağlar San. A.Ş., has started its commercial life in 1957 as a family corporation in Istanbul.

Initially the company became a major supplier for pharmacitucals, candy and beverage as well as alcoholic beverages industry. Through out these activities Kardeşler Uçanyağlar was entitled as the distributer of various foreign companies that are located in Europe.

In the following years, cotton swabs, wet wipes and draught excluder for windows and doors are imported and sold within the local market.Kardeşler Uçanyağlar has started importing wet wipes in 1992. However, as a result of the conducted market research the company decided to produce wet wipes, which was new for the Turkish market, locally.

The varied product range is further extended by products with Disney characters in 1998 through the licensing agreement realised by the Walt Disney Company Licencing Turkey.In the year of 1998, in order to provide access to new markets, an export department is established. Though still continues to expand, currently USA, Middel East, Balkan Countries, Asia and Cyprus are the company's major export markets.

The company, keeping the sensitivity of human skin and hygiene above all, applies micribiological tests in its own laboratories for all of its products.The mission of the company is to emphise the necessity and the significance of wet wipes not only for baby cleaning but also for being part of the daily life of a modern person in every aspect. Thus, the product range is continously extend in accordance with the mission.

Kardeşler Uçanyağlar has its own distribution channel covering Turkey. The company reaches the end user indirectly via wholesalers and retailers and directly via big chain markets located all around Turkey.
